The deal,
in plain words.

You need to be at least eighteen, and old enough to watch poker where you live if that is older. One account per person; the free clip is per account and opening a second account to get another one is the one thing on this page we will actually close an account for.

The Freeroll. Cut one hand. Keep it. Post it. Decide after. One clip, rendered at full quality with every template and graphic the paid plan has. No card. The credit is spent when the render starts, and deleting the clip afterwards does not give it back, because the clip was produced. If a render is stranded by something on our side, the credit is released and you cut again for free.

Table Stakes. $100 a month, billed monthly by Stripe, for unlimited clips. Tax, where it applies, is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay. The subscription renews each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the billing page, through Stripe’s portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the plan to the end of the period you already paid for.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a couple of weeks and you keep access while it does. If the retries fail the subscription ends and the account goes back to the free plan, with the free clip already used. Refunds are covered on their own page.

Prices can change. If the price of your plan changes, you get an email at least thirty days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing more.

The footage you upload, the hands you enter and the clips that come out are yours. We take no ownership of any of it. To do the job we need permission to store your footage, read it, cut it, render it, and serve the result back to you, and you give us that permission for as long as the clip exists. It ends when you delete the clip, and the files go with it, as described on the privacy page.

We do not use your footage to train anything, do not show it to other users, and do not use it in our own marketing without asking you first, in writing, and taking no for an answer.

Most poker clips are cut from someone else’s stream. That is fine when you have the right to do it, and it is your job to know whether you do. By uploading footage you are telling us you either own it or have permission to use it the way the clip uses it.

If a rights holder tells us a clip is theirs and you had no right to it, we take the clip down and tell you why. If it happens repeatedly we close the account. If you think a takedown was wrong, write to us and say so, and we will hear you out.

The engine, the templates, the graphics, the sound library, the name and the mark are ours. The output of the engine is yours. That is not a contradiction: the shot list you export is your clip, the thing that wrote it is our product. Please do not copy the product, resell access to it, or run a second service on top of it without asking.

• Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is on your account.
• Uploads are capped at 1 GB a file, and the expensive things, scans, overlay reads and renders, are rate limited. The limits are there so one person cannot make the box useless for everyone else.
• Do not upload anything you would not want a moderator to see, anything illegal where you or we are, or anything that is not poker footage and a hand.
• Do not poke at the service to find a way round the paywall or into somebody else's footage. If you find a hole by accident, tell us and we will thank you.

We promise to try. It is one server, one small team, and a product that leans on ffmpeg. We keep the box up, we back the code up, we fix what breaks, and we answer email. We do not promise a level of uptime, a render time, or that the engine’s first cut is the right one. It hands you a beat sheet precisely so you can change it.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law where you live allows, we are not liable for lost footage, lost clips, lost views, or any loss that follows from using it, and if we are liable for something the most we owe is what you paid us in the three months before it happened. Keep your own copy of anything you post; the privacy page says why.

You can stop any time: cancel the plan, delete your clips, or email us and we delete the account. We can close an account for breaking the rules above, and we will say which one. If we ever shut the whole thing down, you get at least thirty days’ notice and a way to download what is yours.

The date at the top moves when the words do. A change that costs you more, or asks more of you, comes with an email first. Keep using the service after it takes effect and you have agreed to it; do not want to, and the section above says how to leave.
